Are the rewards genuine?

Yes. All redeemable assets are real and physically backed. Precious metals are sourced directly from Heraeus Precious Metals. Crypto rewards are transferred on-chain. Hardware wallets are delivered as new items. A separate reserve fund secures all existing coin claims.

How do the voucher cards work?

Every Live Vision device includes four physical voucher cards. Each card has a unique 16-digit activation code. Activation is done at wallet.coinsight.shop. The coins are credited to your wallet immediately and permanently after entry.

What can I buy with coins?

Coins can be redeemed in the Reward Shop for crypto (USDT, BTC), precious metals (silver and gold bars), hardware wallets, and broker credit. The full catalog is available at Rewards.

Do coins expire?

No — coins have no expiration date. Only documented inactivity of more than 24 months may lead to account deactivation in accordance with the terms of service. Active accounts are not affected.
